The key to keeping any mechanical device running trouble free is routine maintenance. Your heating and cooling equipment is no exception. Quinn Heating and Cooling offers a comprehensive maintenance plan to assure the life of your equipment. As one of our maintenance customers, Quinn heating and cooling will schedule a visit prior to each heating or cooling season and to perform a thorough system checkup and service.

We will evaluate the condition or all mechanical and electrical components, check the integrity of the system and clean the coils to assure proper airflow for the season ahead. If any problems are found we will make you aware of the situation and your options. In addition, for customers with yearly contracts, service call charges will be waived for repair of any issues found during regular system maintenance.

Our Yearly Maintenance Agreement includes scheduled maintenance for your heating and cooling equipment two times per year and consists of the following services.

Cooling or Heat Pump

  • Check thermostat operation
  • Check condensate drain
  • Check indoor blower motor
  • Check condition of filter
  • Clean condenser coil
  • Clean evaporator coil
  • Check AMP draw on compressor
  • Check refrigerant pressures and superheat
  • Inspect elec. components

Heating

  • Check thermostat operation
  • Clean burners & compartment
  • Clean flame sensor
  • Visually inspect flue pipe
  • Check condition of filter
  • Check safety controls
  • Check ignition and flame
  • Check indoor blower motor
  • Clean Indoor blower as necessary
  • Check combustion fan motor
  • Inspect Electrical

Inspections

Before purchasing a new home, failing to have the HVAC system professionally inspected can be a costly mistake. Hidden problems may exist and these typically are not uncovered during a standard home inspection. Quinn Heating and Cooling will evaluate each component of the system and give you an impartial assessment of the system’s condition.

We will provide an overall assessment of the units operating condition and specific data on each major component including:

  • Electrical components & wiring
  • Compressor
  • Blowers
  • Condensate system
  • Heat exchanger
  • Evaporator Coil
  • Condenser coil
  • Operation of internal system components
  • Thermostat functionality
  • Gas system (if equipped)
  • Duct system
